Thanks to the privileged relationship with our partner Actis Distribution, we were able to add a layer of reinforced security via an SBC from Audiocodes integrated into our MyVoice software solution. This allows us to interface with the most demanding telecommunications operators while guaranteeing a robust infrastructure against malicious attacks.
The MyVOICE front-end manages the reception of transmitters on the switched telephone network using SIP or digital sources (ISDN/PSTN), MyVOICE integrates IVR and voice recognition functions, recording and decoding of alarms.
MyVoice takes over 100% of the functionalities (Protocol reception, LUA script for IVR management, etc.) from the old generation of the SECURIX front-end (RTC front-end and Numeris).
