Actis Academy Courses

Actis Academy offers a comprehensive set of technical training courses for Actis and AudioCodes’ partners and customers. By providing several levels of certification, distinct training programs, and a combination of theory and hands-on studies, the academy is designed to help system integrators, resellers and distributors equip their people with the necessary skills to deploy and maintain AudioCodes networking technology in the field.

At the Actis Academy it’s also possible to facilitate group training on location. Provided the location meets the requirements. The Academy also facilitates product and service updates (Deep Dive Sessions) of AudioCodes, Microsoft and CC4ALL. Audiocodes Courses

AudioCodes Certifications

AudioCodes includes two levels of certification. These certifications count towards the necessary requirements to become an AudioCodes Channel Partner with Silver or Gold levels. The obtained ACA or ACP is valid for two years from the date of receipt.

For renewing the ACA certificate, it’s possible to follow the ACA re-certification training. Please check the schedule for the upcoming trainings. To renew the ACP, please contact us via academy@actis.nl.

AudioCodes Certified Associate (ACA)

ACA is the basic level certification required for the installation and maintenance of AudioCodes CPE & Access Media Gateways in different customer scenarios.

Successfully completed one of the following courses:

  • AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC) – Essentials & Configuration
  • AudioCodes Session Border Controllers in Microsoft Teams Environment – Essentials & Configuration
  • AudioCodes Solutions in Microsoft Skype for Business Server Environment – Essentials & Configuration

AudioCodes Certified Professionals (ACP)

Built on top of the ACA certification, ACP includes in-depth training and advanced level certification required for the installation, maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of all AudioCodes networking products in advanced customer scenarios.

Successfully completed one of the following courses:

  • AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC) Advanced – Interworking & Security
  • AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC) Advanced – Routing & Multitenancy

AudioCodes ACA Re-certification

Technical learning for the Session Border Controller (SBC) designed to provide engineers with experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting AudioCodes devices configured as an SBC.

Successfully completed one of the following courses:

  • Engineers holding an expired ACA certificate.
