What is Cloud SBC

Actis Cloud SBC is a connectivity service for partners and customers how want to securely connect SIP based solutions. Actis provides a fully managed, high available and reliable session border controller (SBC) from geographical separated datacentre’s in The Netherlands. Actis Cloud SBC supports SIP based connections between solutions like UCaaS, Contact Centre (CX), on premiss Telephony Systems and PSTN connectivity. Actis Cloud SBC is based on Microsoft Teams Certified AudioCodes Session Border Controllers which provide PSTN connectivity and Contact Centre integration with the MS Teams Tenant (MS Teams Phone System license required).
